"We had an excellent stay at Savoy! The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The service was top-notch, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the surroundings were beautiful, creating a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic selection to choose from.
The only slight disappointment was the indoor Jacuzzi, as the water appeared to be connected to the swimming pool, meaning it was cold rather than warm, which wasn’t what we expected from a Jacuzzi.
The location was another huge bonus! Having a shopping mall attached to the hotel, with plenty of restaurants and shops, was extremely convenient. M Avenue Mall was also just a 15-minute walk away, offering an exceptional variety of shops and restaurants.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend Savoy, especially for families looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service and a great location!"
