Great staff, clean room, loved the aesthetic. The full on Mexican breakfast was amazing lots of options and so good. Definitely recommend.

Mauriceo the night manager was exceptionally professional and friendly. We had some record heat in Morelia, but the Daikin air conditioner with remote control completely solved that problem. I suffer a little bit from insomnia, but I had no trouble sleeping. Quiet, dark window covers. I'll be going back to Morelia, and I am definitely staying at hotel Don Carlos. I see no reason to risk staying in some other Hotel. You're a good man Mauricio.

This hotel is perfect for singles, couples or families. The staff is beyond helpful. The included breakfast offers absolutely everything you want. All fresh food and homemade. The rooms are very clean. The beds are perfect for me…just on the firm side. There are 3 floors and no elevator so just be aware. We walked all around the historic district. I definitely recommend this place for you to stay.

Receptionist Bad Communication to resolve issues

I called to confirm my PAID reservation a day before and the young woman who was there confirmed that yes, it's ready and everything. The next day my father and brother arrive with their itinerary number and the young woman says: Yes the reservation is here but .... "It is not paid yet ", you cannot have an itinerary number if you have not pay before(at least on the application that I used). This is FRAUD, at the end they did not stay there because they wanted to charge them for a double room at $1,800 MXN, when the single room was already paid for $1,000 MXN. I am not happy or satisfied at all. Very Bad service and they don't even try to resolve the situation. Never to consider stay there in the future if I visit Morelia.

La habitación es muy pequeña, los colchones demasiado duros, había reservado una habitación de una cama y me dieron una de dos camas por qué ya no tenían disponible de una. Sin embargo el personal fue amable y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

No respetaron la reserva que se tenía, se nos cobró el triple ya en el lugar, se inhundo la habitación, el agua del grifo salía café, terrible experiencia, si pueden no reserven aquí. Nadie resuelve nada y no había hospedaje en otros hoteles por eventos en Morelia, la opción era pagar triple de lo que decía nuestra reserva o dormir en el auto.

Es un hotel muy bonito, y tranquilo, el desayuno genial. Las chicas de recepción amables, la noche que nos quedamos tuvieron el detalle de llevarnos una dona, muy rica. Solo falto el estacionamiento, aunque enfrente hay uno, pero con costo. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien, la terraza es linda, segura y agradable

Fue horrible!!!!! las habitaciones están muy sucias, veníamos de Madrid, cansados queríamos tomar un ducha y descansar, pues no! El baño estaba terriblemente sucio, como si solo pasaran un trapo por encima de todo, las toallas y sabanas con manchas amarillas! Pedimos el cambio y nos dieron otra igual, al final vino el gerente nos dijo que nos daria la mejor, bueno cuando entramos con el gerente a la nueva estaba peor que todas, el sucio de manchas de zapatos con tierra! Ademas no son confiables, se me olvidaron unas gafas que costaban 5000 y se las dejaron . Muy muy muy mala experiencia
