"Room was clean, nice bedding and towels! Staff was very polite and informative. Jacuzzi and sauna was great, although they were remodeling one of the jacuzzis. Nice to have the charter bus to pick you up and go to the mountain to ski! For local trips, the sprinter van was nice to use. No need for a rental car! Breakfast was a bargain!"

"This was the cleanest, best maintained hotel we have stayed at in recent history. It might be rated a 2 star, (not sure how hotel rating system works) but this had a “family owned” feel and it was immaculate. We enjoyed the coffee, hot cocoa and snacks in the lobby as well as made use of the fireplace in our room. A microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator/freezer were a bonus. "

"Great room with a good shower. It’s nice to have a microwave & fridge in the room as well. The staff was helpful & polite. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which has a fireplace next to it! It created a relaxing ambiance. We dined in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised - the service and food were excellent. The hotel offered us a free shuttle ride to the tramway there & back. We highly recommend doing this. Awesome experience. Wonderful hotel! "
