A stunning 7 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two storey home is superbly located in Moonta Bay with ocean views and within walking distance to Simms Cove. Sit back, relax and take in the wonderful sunsets. The large front balcony will accommodated everyone, to relax & cook on a Webber BBQ. Upstairs also offers a bedroom with ensuite. second bedroom & toilet plus open lounge, dining & a beautiful modern spacious kitchen, with dishwasher, electric stove, microwave & Nespresso coffee pod machine. (BYO your own pods) The lower level offers 5 bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a large tiled lounge area.

There is ducted r/c heating/cooling throughout and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Outside you will find large rear pergola/patio area covered in grape vines keeping you cool plus a large hooded BBQ. A huge garage, with 3.3m clearance with cement floor is also avail for guests. The fully fenced back yard has trees and a large lawned area perfect for the family pet. Please note owners of very small dogs, gates are iron grilled & we only allow 2 dogs maximum.
Bed linen, Bath towels & mats, tea towels are provided for each paying guest.

Please note - Guests 1 to 10 are charged $500 per night off peak, higher in holidays per night. Guests 11, to 14 are charged $50 per guest per night.
We charge a $200 cleaning fee per booking in addition to the per night rate.
If there is damage to the property during your stay you maybe charged up to AU$500
As of February 2026 we have installed a security camera at the front door. This camera will alert the owner when there is movement at the front door. The notifications will be turned off after the guests have arrived & turned back on after the guests have vacated.
