"- rooms were clean overall though the refrigerator has a foul smell as if it had stored stale food which was removed but then refrigerator not cleaned up. - property is fairly new. - Avoid taking rooms in front of the property as it gets lot of noise from road at night. - noise insulation is pretty bad ."

"We had an odd room with a sink in the middle of it but overall it was a good size and well maintained. Coffee and hot cocoa available 24/7 was a plus. My only complaint would be that the pool needed to be cleaned more often and they need to spray for little visitors that were found out by the pool. "

"Breakfast great, we stayed 2 nights and it was exactly the same food, still good, but a change in options would be nice. The rooms are HUGE ! Very comfortable with children. The staff, SO kind and helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool was awesome. Warm and clean, with little cabanas to use for free. The backyard area was awesome too... playground, nice paved Hiking trail to town, really nice basketball court with 2 very easily adjustable hoops, and the front desk has basketballs for us to use. Would definitely come back here again, and I've lost count how many times we've come to Utah. The outdoor pool was one of the best. Warm, gorgeous, clean, with little cabanas that were free to use.... and the "backyard" area... fun playground, beautiful paved walking trails toward town, basketball court with 2 easily adjustable"
