Located in the quiet and established Copperfield neighborhood of East Montgomery, this home offers a peaceful suburban setting with convenient access to everything you need. Guests enjoy a calm, residential area with tree-lined streets and minimal traffic, while still being just a short drive to EastChase shopping, dining, grocery stores, hospitals, and major highways like I-85 and Atlanta Hwy. It’s an ideal location for both business and leisure stays, offering comfort, convenience, and easy access to downtown Montgomery.

Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside other than the locked supply cabinets. Park in the driveway on the right side of the home — there is also a garage. The smart lock deadbolt is on the front door.

The open-concept living spaces give you room to gather and room to spread out. A dedicated game room keeps entertainment within arm's reach, while the large living room with fireplace display provides a cozy gathering spot for the whole group.

** KITCHEN & DINING
The designer kitchen is stocked with cooking basics including a full stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A dining table seats the whole crew for meals together. Coffee maker and coffee on hand for mornings — wine glasses too if you want to unwind in the evening.

** OUTDOOR SPACE & BACKYARD
Step into your private backyard with a mini playground that keeps kids happily entertained while you relax. The outdoor walkways use repurposed materials and add character to the space — though they can be uneven or slick, so watch your step. The back porch opens up the outdoor living without railings, so please supervise young children. No climbing on the rock wall installation, and the shed is off-limits.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 8 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• The fireplaces are not for use
• Please don't climb on the rock wall installation or enter the shed
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & GETTING IN
Park in the driveway on the right side of the home; there is also a garage. The front door has a smart lock deadbolt.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a single-story home with no stairs inside, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a game room. The private backyard has a mini playground. The back porch does not have a railing, so please watch your step and supervise young children. The outdoor walkways use repurposed materials and can be uneven or slick. The locked supply cabinets are not for guest use.

PETS
Up to 2 pets are welcome (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). A flat $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets, and pets must be added to your reservation. Please crate pets when they're left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them. Please keep pets on a leash outdoors unless they're inside a fully fenced area. Service animals are always welcome, at no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (8 at this home)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
