Stinky dirty place

The place is really dirty, everything is out of date and stings like cigarette, no fire alarms, no smoke detectors, walls dirty, curtains ripped, air conditioning doesn’t work on the room I stay. You get what you pay, a cheap dirty place

NO VAYAN CUANDO ESTE JMENA, LA VAN A PASAR MAL.

La verdad, de terror. La habitación estaba sucia, el baño con el jabón del huésped anterior, las camas torcidas por no dar vuelta los colchones, telas de araña por todos los rincones. Los enchufes en los pies de la cama y el de la lampara estaba en corto,LAS FOTOS QUE MUESTRAN NO TIENEN NADA QUE VER CON LO QUE TE ENCONTRAS CUANDO LLEGAS... Para variar "la encargada" JIMENA, una mal educada, llame al hotel 11 veces y con la excusa de que "estaba lleno", nunca atendio, cuando llegamos, estaba vacio, nos trato muy mal, nos trato como el traste y ni siquiera te dejaba terminar de hablar, mucho menos te miraba a la cara y con esa actitud despectiva, UNA DESUBICADA TOTAL, NO DEBERIA TRABAJAR MAS AHI. Por suerte se fue y LORENA Y AGUSTIN, NOS TRATARON RE BIEN, ES LO UNICO DESTACADO DEL HOTEL. SUPER ATENTOS Y MUY EDUCADOS. NOS AYUDARON EN TODO LO QUE PUDIERON Y SON SUPER SIMPATICOS.

Péssima experiência

Péssima. Os quartos muito sujos. A roupa de cama era suja. Os quartos cheiravam muito mal. Fomos realocados de quarto e mesmo assim não resolveu. Ficamos apenas uma noite hospedados e fizemos check out antecipado, porque não aguentamos permanecer. A experiência foi horrível.

Ficamos um dia e foi bom, valeu custo benefício , mas o café da manhã muito caro. Outra coisa que gostamos foi a localização. Sentimos falta de informações turísticas na portaria. No mais bem tranquilo.

El hotel solo se concentró en remodelar la recepción del hotel para dar al público una buena imagen. Las habitaciones muy regulares, demasiado abandonadas ya que les hace falta muchas detalles en la cual la apariencia de ellas es mala.

Hotel nojento demais!!!!

O hotel está bem localizado, mas é um dos piores que já estive hospedado. Muito sujo, paredes e cortinas mofadas, travesseiros com marcas de baba e mal cheiro, como podem observar na imagem anexada. O ar condicionado possivelmente nunca foi limpo pelo estado do filtro. Corredores escuros e falta de segurança. Nossos amigos sem querer erraram o quarto e entraram no nosso com a chave deles. Os cofres não funcionam e o box do banheiro é minúsculo. O café da manhã é simples, mas estava saboroso.

Reserva no hecha

Llegué al hotel y me dijieron que no habia reserva a mi nombre y muy mal trato el recepcionista del hotel. Favor devolverme el dinero ya que no utilicé la reserva por mala comunicación suya. Tuve que andar con mi niña recoriendo hoteles para quedarme. Espantoso

Insatisfação total

Hotel não possui um isolamento acústico nenhum, iriamos ficar 4 noites, porém conseguimos ficar apenas duas noites devido a noite mal dormida (Rua barulhenta e Hospedes barulhentos ), quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro onde solicitei a troca para outro. Itens de cama muito velhos e desgastados. Traças no chão. Café da manhã muito fraco.

Hay hoteles más modestos, pero este es calamitoso!

Apenas entramos a la habitación había un denso olor a cigarro. La habitación hiper pequeña, cama vieja y paredes con humedad y descascarándose. El baño de no más de 60 centímetros cuadrados ya que no podías darte vuelta sin golpearte con las llaves de agua. no menciono otras cosas más para no seguir amargándome la vida. No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo a nadie.

No frills lodging for a good price.

Traveled all over South America and this hotel was typical of most others in this price range. It had a nice lobby and the room was a good size. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The walls were rather beat up but that is typical for this price range. The breakfast was a little better than some because it served cheese and lunch meat in addition to the typical high carb fare. The facility description said it had laundry service, but it in fact does not. They also do not offer affordable shuttle service to and from the airport. It cost 45 dollars to get to the airport with their Recommended taxi service.
