Muy bueno!

Se siente la cordialidad desde la recepción del Hotel. Los chicos siempre estuvieron dispuestos a apoyarnos con las recomendaciones de lugares a visitar, y cenar. Siempre atendiendo con una sonrisa. La habitación bastante amplia y tenía todo lo que se necesitaba. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado.

Destaco la ubicacion, las intalaciones y el desayuno variado. No me agradó que en la reserva no se me detallara que la contratacion no contara con el desayuno, un tema que debe quedar bien claro, tanto en el momento de contratar como cuando envian por mail los servicios que incluye la reserva.

Otimo.

Boa localização, funcionarios simpáticos, café da manhã otimo, acomodação grande com banheiros excelente e cama suoer confortavel, a unica reclamação é a academia que não estava funcionando durante nenhum dos dias em que me hospedei no hotel, e um dos dois elevadores ficava com defeito direto.

An honest review.

The staff were lovely, it was just a shame the sound proofing on the rooms was so poor. You could hear the conversations of the people on either side. Also the fridge was super noisy and we had to unplug it. The smoke alarm flashed every couple of minutes so it was lucky I had a sleep mask but my mum really struggled as it was so bright! So unfortunately a really bad night sleep both nights.

Such a good stay!

It was a very good stay. We could be at the hotel from 2am to 12am the next day. Enough to profit of the sauna, jaccuzi, gym.. Maybe à problem with their wifi this day but it's a very food hotel with a big room and perfect Uruguayen breakfast

Foi bom mas precisa melhorar. Wi-fi e precário, não funcionou no quarto. Tinha que ir no corredor e descer na portaria. Na chegada o banheiro não tinha papel higiênico. A televisão ficou sem controle remoto. Avisei na portaria mas não resolveram. Tinha três hóspedes no quarto e apenas dois jogos de toalhas.

Peca em pequenos detalhes, mas excelente

Hotel excelente. O motivo da avaliação não ser 5 estrelas: - O Wifi não funcionava em nosso quarto, apenas no Hall. Poderiam expandir os roteadores. Para usar o celular tinha que sair do meu quarto até perto do elevador ou descer no Hall - O atendente deixou de avisar sobre um passeio e fez perdermos o horário. Depois no ajudou a falar e conseguir um novo horário, mas poderia ter feito perder a oportunidade de conhecer uma atração.
