Ha muito tempo o Oliva é minha 1a opção de hospedagem. Mas hoje o Hotel está longe do conceito de Hotel Boutique que existia. Paredes sujas, toalhas manchadas, café da manhã comum, cortaram alguns mimos que os clientes tinham... abriram a chance que eu busque novas alternativas de hospedagem em Montevideo.

Insgesamt zwar recht positiv, fällt unsere Bewertung des Hotels in den Details ambivalent aus. Zunächst das Positive: Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, v.a. an der Rezeption. Das Haus ist sauber, auch unser Zimmer war es im Grunde, allerdings waren die - entsprechend dem Wunsch der Gäste - frischen Handtücher und Bettlaken nicht immer blütenrein. Das Frühstück ist für uruguayische Verhältnisse gut und reichlich, wenn auch etwas eintönig (wenig Abwechslung); da hätten wir uns etwas mehr Phantasie gewünscht. Da das Hallenbad gerade gewartet wurde und daher nicht benutzbar war, wurde uns zum Ausgleich das Frühstück nicht verrechnet. Auch die Garage konnten wir kostenlos verwenden. Die Lage (Punta Carretas) ist wirklich gut. Weniger positiv: Eine der wenigen Steckdosen im Zimmer war defekt und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (fast 3 Wochen) nicht repariert. Die Zimmerwände sind kahl, kein Bild, kein Spiegel etc. Das mag zwar "modern" sein, hat aber den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle. Nach ein paar Tagen war kein Schwarztee mehr vorhanden, und obwohl wir jeden Morgen nach Schwarztee fragten, dauerte es fast 1 Woche (!), bis Nachschub besorgt wurde. Mit der Ausnahme eines "Knubbels" an der Badezimmertür gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Möglichkeit, etwas zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. An Benutzbarkeit haben die Innenarchitekten anscheinend keinen Gedanken verschwendet. Fazit: Ein gutes Hotel, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Localização incrivel!

Gostamos muito, o quarto super confortável, limpo, mas a roupa de cama não foi trocada nem um dia, ficamos 5 dias. Quarto silencioso . Banheiro com chuveiro otimo, mas a iluminação fraca em frente ao espelho senti dificuldade para maquiagem, deveria ter espelho de aumento, afinal o nome é Oliva “Luxury” A decoração é moderna e a localização perfeira, Perto do Shopping Punta Carretas, e perto de todos os restaurantes legais de Montevideo. Alugamos bicicletas e o hotel providenciou com eficiência todos os nossos pedidos Cafe da manhã delicioso e variado os preços do frigobar, em dolar, absolutamente proibitivos, se o hotel cobrasse um preço mais justo por uma garrafa de água certamente venderia e o hospede nao precisaria comprar no supermercado onde o preço era 4 vezes menor. Nota 10 para todos os funcionários , eficientes, cordiais e atenciosos! Voltaria com certeza!

Recomendo muito. Atendimento ótimo, localização idem; chuveiro excelente, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis e de qualidade. O quarto era muito silencioso (ponto muito forte para mim). Café da manhã bom. Eu só sugeriria ao hotel para dar alguma amenidade aos hóspedes e deixar água disponível na recepção. No mais, voltaria com certeza.

Feines Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Montevideo ist eine nette Stadt die sich in den letzen Jahren weiterentwickelt hat. Problem ist die Kriminalität die den Aufenthalt in der Qualität mindert. Vom Hotel aus kann man die Stadt problemlos per Bus erkunden. In der Nähe viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend, Golf Klub und Küste zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen.

hôtel recommandé aux Français de passage à MVD

Hôtel très bien équipé dans un quartier sûr et proche de la plage.les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est tout simplement parfaite. Le ménage est fait méticuleusement tous les jours. Petit plus : l'ensemble du personnel est très aimable et attentif au bien-être de la clientèle. Dommage qu'il soir difficile de se faire comprendre dans d'autres langues que l'espagnol y compris par les réceptionnistes qui ne maîtrisent même pas les bases d'un anglais rudimentaire. cet hôtel est en tout cas la garantie de passer un agréable et confortable séjour. Nous y reviendrons lors de nos futurs séjours à Montevideo.

Excelente el personal. Estacionamiento pequeño, si tiene vehículo grande es incómodo. Desayuno no muy variado pero suficiente. Excelente ubicación, limpieza y confort de las habitaciones.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in Montevideo.

Das Hotel liegt in Fußgänger Nähe zur Rio de la Plata-Mündung, Shopping . Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Taxi schnell zu erreichen. Die Stadtführung, täglich ab 11:00 Uhr von der Plaza Artigas ist zu empfehlen, Spanisch und Englisch.

Excelente experiencia

Excelente experiencia, habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, ordenadas. Instalaciones super prolijas, todo perfecto. Cochera en el mismo edificio. Desayuno gourmet, una delicadesa. Un punto aparte para el personal, super atentos y amables. Ubicación inmejorable, a una cuadra del shopping Punta Carretas.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y con muy buen diseño

El hotel nuevo y con pocas habitaciones me pareciò una excelente opciòn para alojarse ne Montevideo. Tiene una atmosfera muy serena, el diseño acompaña este clima y las habitaciones son claras, limpias, sin mucha cosa pero sumamente confortables, tienen domotizada la iluminacion. Las camas son comodisimas, hay valet de almohadas a eleccion. El desayuno es 10 puntos, y la atencion de las chicas en el bar es excelente. Todo super casero y de muy buena calidad. El hotel cuenta con parking incluido. Ampliamente recomendable

Hotel novo, com no máximo 2 anos. Ótima localização, ao lado do Shopping Punta Carretas. Piscina aquecida, cama muito confortável. Academia básica, mas com ótimos equipamentos. Quarto muito silencioso. Café da manhã excelente. A recepção do hotel pode fazer reservas em hotéis para você.
