Cambio de planes

No me instalé en la habitación que pagué y por.el contrario me mudaron a un hotel 4 estrellas, lo único malo fué que no hubo aviso previo y me tuve que hospedar la primera noche en otro lado, pero fuera de ello todo estuvo excelente.

No like in the pics and what they promise

No like in the pics, they don't have a shuttle even in Expedia it says that they do, Internet slow, sheets burn by cigarette , room smell like cigarette, staff indifferent like if they don't like to be there, old tvs, washroom super old, everything looked dirty. Better hotels to stay around that area even at the rambla you get similar price and way better place.

Worst hotel ever!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. On expedia the hotel advertises a bar and a restaurant which led me to believe it to be a better class of hotel. There is no bar and no restaurant and the hotel is of an inferior class. The WiFi was extremely slow all the time. I would have gladly paid a little more to avoid such a horrible hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost. It's a ripoff.

Billigt, smutsigt och dålig service

Hotellet är förvisso billigt. Det har dock blivit av med sina stjärnor och är smutsigt och snålt. Vi fick be om påfyllning med toalettpapper ich tjata till oss nya handdukar. Frukosten är tråkig och dålig. Allt serveras i små tallrikar för att man inte ska ta för mycket och tar man mer får man blickar av personalen.

Aspecto de Hostal mas que de Hotel

Hotel sobrio, lo bueno es que esta muy centrado en la cuidad. calidad precio, algo caro para las condicones del hotel. Esta algo viejo y poco rehabilitado, hace falta invertir dinero en el. Si se invierte dinero probablemente seria un hotel excelente. tiene el aspecto de un hostal mas que un hotel. El personal del hotel me dieron un trato muy bueno, tanto en recepcion como las personas de la limpieza y la persona de los desayunos.

El conserje de la mañana de muy malos modales (6:30 am del día sábado 05/12) Olor impregnado a tabaco en el cuarto y olor a cloacas en el baño (al abrir la puerta del baño pasaba todo el olor al cuarto). Muy buena la atención de la Sra. del servicio de desayuno.

Great spot, simple comforts, outdated building.

The hotel was fine and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great too. The hotel itself is just a bit old and in need of renovation. It's not dilapidated by any means, the lifts are old and charming, the building looks like it hasn't been touched since it was built.

Localização do hotel boa é bom café da manhã.

Banheiros do hotel sujos e muito velhos, carpetes com ácaro mal arejados e cheiros de cigarros no ambiente. Localização boa no centro e café da manhã bom.

Hotel central e com bom preço

O hotel não é luxuoso, mas tem preço acessível e está muito bem localizado, no centro, perto de supermercados, lojas e restaurantes. É possível ir ao centro histórico a pé. Os funcionários são gentis e os quartos limpos. Bom café da manhã e wi-fi grátis

Ubicación y comodidad. Buena atención.

Excelente ubicación. El personal muy atento. Tenés todo cerca lugares para comer, casas de cambio incluso las líneas de transporte. Saben asesorarte como viajar si tenés un evento o dirección puntual. Por la noche están muy atentos a la puerta.

O hotel é OK, não mais do que isso, pelo preço está bom, estava tudo limpo, tem frigobar, ar-condicionado, TV a cabo, Wi-fi, porém não tinha cobertor nem toalhas de banho que tivemos que pedir... Um atendente da recepção não era nada simpático, era bastante ríspido, impaciente e mal humorado, os outros eram muito amigáveis.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel ist für Südamerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Sicher könnte es da und dort eine Renovation gebrauchen, aber dafür sind die Preise sehr gut. Ebenfalls ist das Hotel super Zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücks-Raum ist sehr klein geraten, aber die Auswahl im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels sehr gut.

Fui furtado no Hotel

Minha estadia tinha tudo para ser perfeita, no entanto, tivemos objetos pessoais furtados de dentro do quarto no segundo dia da estadia. Acontece que nossa estada em Montevideo teve inicio em 16 de setembro e so termina em 24 de setembro. Ate hoje nunca limparam o quarto ou trocaram toalhas e tao pouco repararam o prejuizo. Furtaram um HD Externo 1TB e um carregador portatil para iphone 5S. As informacoes contidas no HD nao ha valor que pague, pois tinham muitas fotos de familia e viagens. Gostaria que o hotel.com me ajudasse a soluciionar o impasse. Grata

Péssimo Hotel

A única coisa que presta no hotel é a localização. O banheiro dava nojo, a cama dura com lençóis velhos e o elevador muito velho.
