Good value

Good hotel in Central Montevideo. We only stayed one night as a layover hotel. Location was good for restaurants and cafes. Good breakfast in the morning . Quiet for a good night sleep. Good value for the price. Only down side is our room apparently was the only room in the hotel where the hot was water inversed, right vs left. We never got the hot working to use as we had a bus to catch.

The property is very old and the room was small. The room had a very large wardrobe which wasted the small amount of space available. Poor room design.

I had several complications having visitors. I never stayed in a hotel where i would have to pay additionally per visitor, I felt it intrusive to my privacy. The AC didn't work in my room and there was not toilet brush, which was also very uncomfoprtable. The beds are okay, the shower is nice. At the reception desk stands a very present tall statue of a person of colour-servant/hotel-boy. For an 'international' hotel in 2024 to promote such racist imagery is really unpleasant.

When I saw the price, I thought it was too good to be true. After staying there for four nights, we were amazed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is not luxurious, but is comfortable and totally clean. The location is fantastic with historically important restaurants very nearby, and a bakery next-door. Easy walk to the historic downtown and also to very good local bus service to get to other areas. Breakfast also was outstanding with many choices of delicious things.

Foi tudo excelente ! Atendimento super simpáticos, extremamente bem localizado! Super limpo, trocavam as toalhas todo dia! Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício, super bem localizado, estacionamento perto por uma taxa extra de 9 dólares a diária. Café da manhã bom. Única reclamação que temos é o barulho da porta do elevador, que range toda vez que alguém usa o elevador, fomos acordados por esse barulho muito cedo! De resto o hotel é ótimo.
