In Monteux, very close to the Splashworld Aquatic Park and Lake Beaulieu, a magnificent new air-conditioned comfortable cottage comprising a large living room opening onto the terrace and swimming pool, two double bedrooms with television, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate wc.

For tourist holidays through Provence, between Avignon and Carpentras, this magnificent gîte will offer you a peaceful holiday and many activities in the surrounding area.

With a surface area of 130 m², this fully air-conditioned single-storey gîte offers:
Kitchen: sink, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of storage. One table, two benches.
Very bright living room: 2 sofas, 4 armchairs, flat screen TV. Living room overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 1: A 160 bed (king size), closet, flat screen TV
Bedroom 2: Two 90 cm beds, closet, flat screen TV.
Shower room: Independent. Italian shower.

Not the best area for disabled

Aircon cottage welcome in hot weather. Access to and finding property far from good due to closed roads and very potholed access road. Not many decent towns to explore, other than Avignon and le Sourge near the cottage. Lavender was beautifull. We prefer the Dordogne area due to our lack of French and the Provancers lack of English.

Der 2 wöchige Aufenthalt war sehr schön.Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr modern und die Klimaanlage im Haus ist ebenfalls klasse! sehr zu empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Maison spacieuse, extérieur très plaisant et hôtes disponibles et agréables

Nous avons passé une petite semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et à l'abris des regards. La voie d'accès à la maison est un chemin non goudronné. Activez donc votre mode 4 roues car ça secoue ! :) Les propriétaires du logement habitent la maison à côté et se rendent disponibles dans la minute. C'est un couple très aimable. Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen und zur Erholung

Un séjour excellent !

Nous avons avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans ce gîte. La maison est en excellente état, très propre et fonctionnelle: un séjour formidable disposant des baies vitrées, une cuisine moderne et très bien équipée et des belles chambres. L'extérieur est également magnifique avec la grande piscine, la terrasse, le jardin, le terrain de pétanque et de la place pour la voiture. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et la discrétion des propriétaires. Merci beaucoup. Nous y reviendrons !!
