We stayed 3 nights on this lofts, 2 different rooms, on both rooms the water was cold, i tried living the water running 20 min but didn’t work, I told the staff but nothing changed, on my room the latch was broken every one could open it , stayed like that 3 days, I didn’t lose anything but that’s a big problem

En general bien, cumple según fotos proporcionas, solo que físicamente si se sienten compactas las habitaciones por los colores en las paredes, decoración y espacios entre muebles. La cama confortable, aunque a nivel de piso, en gusto personal la base deberia estar a altura estandar. La limpieza de habitación regular el piso estaba sucio. Limpieza y mantenimiento del edificio en general bien. Ubicación impecable, muy céntrico.

Limpieza muy deficiente, un día deplano no fueron a limpiar la habitación, baja presión de agua, lavabo muy oscuro, una cama con colchon ya deformado, caja fuerte no funcionaba.

Ubicación, habitaciones y personal excelente . Limpieza deficiente , la quieren hacer un día sí y uno no y muy tarde .. cuando está etiquetado como hotel . No hubo agua caliente varios días .. Es una lástima ya que la propiedad es casi nueva y la ubicación es fabulosa . No sé si los dueños o inversionistas no lean estos comentarios , ya que antes de quedarme leí algunos comentarios similares en la plataforma. Personal de la entrada muy amable y servicial todo el tiempo.

Muy bien! Lo único malo fue que el cuarto tiene un pilar donde montaron la pantalla de 65” y te queda a medio y medio de distancia. La atención bien, y el lugar es limpio.

La habitación bien, amplia y limpia. No había cobijas, no funcionaba el agua caliente y me cambiaron de habitación sin avisarme, creo que no está correcto eso. La señorita de recepción no tiene buena actitud al contestar el teléfono. La gente de seguridad de la entrada al edificio MUY amables.

Habitación pequeña y limpia. Se fue la luz en varias ocasiones pero regreso rápido. Teniamos al lado de la ventana algo que generaba ruido constante y molesto para dormir. El servicio de café es comunitario y muy limitado se acaba rápido. La luz del espejo del baño no funcionaba.
