"Very clean"

"Steps and elevators are a bit of a pill if you have anyone with disabilities. One reason I cannot give it 5 stars. Steps to get to the first elevator that leads to the 1st floor. Then there are more steps to reach the second elevator, which leads to the hotel room floors. Breakfast was good and worth the cost for the convenience. The hotel's location was excellent, and if you are a walker, there are many places you can reach on foot. There is a park right across the street from the hotel that is really nice and relaxing. Others in my group went and enjoyed nature in the middle of the city. Decent shopping & food options near, and a Money Exchange just one block down. It is a type of bank and they offered a good conversion rate with only a 15 euro charge for the transaction. Goiogle search did not have it and I just happened to find it. "

"For the most part, the staff were very helpful anf friendly. They were courteous, the place was clean, and the meals were good. The complimentary breakfast featured an array of choices. It allowed you to select/sample different combinations each day. They also served supper on specific days, which was a very pleasant surprise. Should I return to that part of Italy afain I would definitely stay there again! I recommend it for for the solo traveler, those with children as well as couples. "

"Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Spanish Steps were only 20 minutes away. We chose to walk every where so we could explore. Rome is such a beautiful city. Hive was perfect. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!"
