The staff was very courteous. However the room wasnt cleaned properly. There were cobwebs on the bed frame and windows. The bathroom seem to be falling apart or in the process of renovation. The taps were either missing or falling off . Debris fell from the roof in the bathroom in the sinck . The bath it self need a proper way to lead water to the drain as well as proper cleaning . The kitchen was clean and we love the layout and design. The balcony is great as we could watch the sunset. The area is located close to the hot spots and nice clean beaches which is definitely great . The AC worked perfectly. Apart from renovation needed it was overall a time well spent. I will definitely be back !! Just please have those issues addressed.

The location is perfect with regards to being close to everything. On the other hand, the room I stayed in needs sound proofing. I felt like I was sleeping on the roadside or in the middle of the party happening next door. It’s time for the mattresses to be changed (the pillow top is no longer “pillowing” lol) and add variety in pillow firmness. Parking was a bit nerve wracking but I was told that is due to the hurricane that caused the primary location to close. I hope that can be resolved soon. That being said, there should be an attendant at the gate or a phone number to call the security to open the gate instead of having to run up the stairs to call them each time. I also think there could be improvements in cleaning. There was nothing disgusting but a little more attention needed to be paid. I look forward to the future renovations that will make this place perfect and then I’ll be happy to stay again.

It was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby.

The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport.

HOTEL STAY

The location of this apartment is the best part of the stay. The room is clean and well maintained. Security at front entrance great and very helpful with navigating around the neighborhood. The strip can get sketchy with drug dealers and prostitutes so be careful at night time. 5 mins from the airport. I would recommend this stay only to those that keep a low profile and know how to navigate the street life straight up.

My stay was impeccable, this was amazing. I read reviews about the property owner Karl that wasn’t too good but I went to stay at his property and although I didn’t meet him in person but He made sure my stay was Perfect. Check in is at 3 and check out is at 11. I’ll definitely be back to sympathy there again…

The A/C didn't work because the staff said it had a water leak. The trip was the end of June, so it was blazing heat and worse humidity. The staff said there was nothing they could do...they are horribly rude by the way.

I liked the room and our strip/ocean view balcony was nice to wake up to each morning. Everything was quite clean. I think my favorite part was the bed, as it was very comfortable. Downstairs staff was excellent! Romaine the security guard is the nicest guy, and was very helpful to us while on vacation.

Loved the location near Doctors Cave Beach, food and shops. Room was very modern and clean. Building is older but location is second to none. Host was extremely responsive and welcoming. If you are taking a taxi, make sure you have the address that takes you to the top road, as there is no access to check in from the strip.
