Everything about my experience here was amazing wish I had stayed longer only thing is that it should be all-inclusive & bigger parking 😌 but overall smooth check in the entire staff was pleasant sherese excute & made my anniversary great i would definitely stay here again &&&& i recommend thanks to the entire staff for the wonderful experience:)

This is one of the most cozy place I every stayed. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.. the property is well kept and I'm in love with the rooms. They provide you with everything including toothbrush, toothpaste, soap,cream bodywash,etc.... Let say it worth every penny you spend. Planning my next stay already. 💯💯💯💯

This was a beautiful and relaxing stay. They’ve recently re-opened after the hurricane and are doing a beautiful job. It’s more of a chill vibe, not a party vibe, but that’s what we wanted. Great pool. Better drinks than many other properties make.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing and truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, the entire property was beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean, and the pools were absolutely stunning. The breathtaking views made the experience even more memorable. Every aspect of our stay reflected great hospitality and attention to detail. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Conveniently located in Ironshore. Great value for money. It was close to the airport. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. We loved it!

What a gem to find this lovely hotel with lots of different facilities to hand. The room was well equipped with a steamer, TV, fridge and double sink. The restaurant offers a limited menu but what I did have was delicious, I'd go for the local cuisine everytime. Sherese on reception was both welcoming and helpful and a real credit to the hotel.

Beautiful resort!! Very relaxing and quiet resort. Its a small boutique hotel that just had renovations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very nice & helpful especially the bar tender. The pool is nice with great loungers. Only con was our building didn't have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of steps. Other than than, I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, restaurant staff was very accommodating, very good experience except that the Staff at check in was not friendly and accommodating and literally told me that my sickness was not critical even though I told her I was ill and was having asthma attack and required a change of room.

We did enjoy our 1 night stay. Even though we did not get the room we booked. The front desk agent made sure that we had the extra towels and linen needed to make our stay comfortable. There was no elevator where our room was located and my husband and I have bad knees. The front desk staff assisted us up the stairs with our bag and on leaving a housekeeping member assisted us down. I found the hotel to be very quiet and relaxing.

Starting with the flight from Madison, wi to Atlanta the plane was late so I didn't make our connection. Than no one took responsibility and we had to stay the whole day in Atlanta and pay for our own hotel. The coyaba hotel is good. The work out room is dysfunctional they have weights but the electric equipment is not working. So at the coyaba is completely dry which is fine. No one to get in your way the pool was empty the whole time. I didn't mind that. The food is average nothing to brag about. The people are very nice and it was quiet. If you are looking for a party this is not the place for that . Beautiful view from the pool . Im 57 so I really enjoyed the quiet

Great value for what you receive. Beautiful property right in the water. Much more quiet and relaxing than other properties. Decor and personal products are tasteful and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was a nice, quality mix of American and Jamaican. The suite was sizable and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, friendly, and helpful the staff were. A serene resort on the level of very high end brands, but a boutique experience. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars because there were a few issues. 1. The view from our room overlooked the run down property next door. 2. We had to call maintenance twice to repair issues with the toilet. 3. Water pressure is shower was great, but water temperature was inconsistent. One must keep in mind that the island went through a major disaster less than a year ago. With that said, the issues above are minor compared to other properties. This will be my go to property when in Montego Bay.
