"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "The bedrooms were very clean and nicely kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have an ensuite and access to the bathroom is by a key. This is clear when you book. The rooms are very convenient for the metro which is great. However either the other guests or the neighbours (hard to tell at 5am) were pretty noisy.
