"Budget-friendly hotel near Anaheim with friendly staff, plus the convenience of a Disneyland shuttle service. However, the property is very outdated and definitely overdue for renovations. The rooms and hallways looked worn down, and there was a strong mildew and bleach smell throughout the building. The carpets should honestly be replaced with tile, the old wallpaper needs updating, and the keycard system needs improvement since the cards constantly stop working. That said, the staff and housekeepers were very kind and helpful, and they seemed aware of the keycard issues due to the older machines. The breakfast was average but decent enough, the TV had a good selection of channels, and the water pressure in the shower was surprisingly great. Rooms do not come with a microwave or mini fridge, but both are available upon request at the front desk. Overall, despite the outdated condition and strong smell, our stay was okay for the price, especially with the added convenience of the Disneyland shuttle."

"The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. Fire dept came within 10 minutes. Later that day we asked the hotel staff the reason for the fire alarm and no one knew anything about it! Other than that, the stay was ok and the breakfast was good."

"Not a super high quality hotel. The drain for shower, sink and toilet were all not working. Had to call staff in to fix. Location isn’t bad but road and train noise can be problematic. Bedrooms are ok. For the cheap price I guess we got what we paid for"

"Embassy suites is a guarantee for a good nights stay with a decent breakfast. We did however have minor issues. We didn’t know we had to request the room to be cleaned and it was made clear when we did the check in, the tub/shower was leaking a lot, making noise all night, even after maintenance “took care” of it, it was still leaking a bit less. Also we were 5 people and had to repeatedly request more towels. Now, after saying that, it doesn’t mean I won’t stay at an embassy suites anymore. Of course I’ll stay if it’s convenient. "

"The room was adequate and clean. The gym is small and has a few cardio equipments, some dumbbells and all-in-one resistance gym equipment but no free weights. The breakfast is okay. The parking is free. The room, the gym and the lobby/breakfast area has some funny smell. There’s also a small pool and a small laundry room. Overall, no frills."
