"This hotel is very affordable yet offers excellent service. The virtual check-in process was quick and easy, and the room was very spacious. There were complimentary drinks and coffee available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. Parking was only $15 per night, which is very reasonable. The location is also close to Universal Studios, making it very convenient. My children and I enjoyed our stay very much."

"This place is in poor shape. When we first walked in it looked ok just a little old, but then we realized the room had barely been cleaned. We found fake eyelashes and food crumbs on the floor and insects and spider webs in the bathroom. Since we were only booked for one night and most of our time would be spent at Knott’s I figured we could power through and leave early in the morning. Then when I was sleeping I felt something fall on my neck, upon getting up and looking on the bed I saw an insect run across the bed. I woke the family up and checked out. The only nice thing I have to say is the front desk did allow us an early check-in but I would not recommend staying at this hotel. "

"I stayed in a low price four person room on the 10th floor. Overall, I think it was great for the price, so a good value. There is AC and a thermostat to control the temp, which helped a lot, even in Feb! I try to be very quiet when other people are sleeping so it was complicated to be on the top bunk. Any time I needed something from my suitcase I needed to unlock the locker, take the suitcase out, put the suitcase on the top bunk, and climb up to do anything. There wasn't enough floor space to put the suitcase on the floor, except maybe in the entry area. My one main complaint would be that the shower water never got hot and the water flow was pretty low."

"Room was very clean, only small minor issue the sink faucet one lever wasn't working, but let staff know. Shower was amazing great pressure, and comfortable beds. If you have the chance try the Cuban restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Amazing food is served. "
