"From front desk staff, management to security, everyone was fantastic. There was a Navy event causing one of the amenities to be reserved and inaccessible for the duration of our stay which was a bummer since we booked this resort for the amenities. The pool with a DJ and backyard games were an absolute hit. There was only one working elevator (which had lengthy wait times from everyone using it) causing us to only use the stairs for the duration of our stay, just happy we were on the 3rd floor instead of the 6th. That issue should be addressed. Other than those 2 hiccups, our stay was very enjoyable and we look forward to giving the resort another visit."

"The front desk were not helpful. Didn’t speak to us just threw us a map. The serves were really nice though. Wouldn’t stay again because how rude the front desk was. The valet bar tenders and wait staff were wonderful! Too bad "

"We stayed at Margaritaville Beach House Key West for three nights and had a mix of positives and challenges. The staff was welcoming, the restaurant was good, and the shuttle service to Old Town made getting around easy. Unfortunately, we did not have hot water during our stay, which was disappointing. We were told it was being worked on, but it was not resolved before we left. We also experienced issues with the room, including blinking smoke detectors and an AC unit that ran constantly. The resort did refund our resort fees, which we appreciated, but clearer communication would have helped set expectations. The property itself is nice and in a good location, but due to our experience, we would likely choose a different place next time."

"Nice place. Came for our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a couple issues that were rectified immediately. I would say it's more of a family type rather than a couple/adult oriented atmosphere! "

"Room was not as nice as the online pictures show. The woman next to us was smoking on her balcony so we couldnt open the balcony doors. The food and drinks were very overpriced. "

"Nice rooms, the staff weren't the best but OK, the young lady in the gift store was exceptional though! Location was a bit far out for us and not much else around the hotel. Breakfast service was poor but food was nice"

"Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up."
