This property is in an awesome location on lake Como, and the views from the pool and the out door restaurants are breath taking especially at night. You can also have a private boat pick you up from the pool side to go up and down lake come. Very nice hotel would definitely revisit!

This property was perfect to experience Lake Como. Quiet, safe, and amazing view with a pool and lake access. Super easy to obtain a boat tour of the lake that you can customize. Parking was available and easy. Streets were narrow getting there as it is everywhere around the lake so be prepared. Highly recommend!

The hotel is fine but a little outdated for the price. The restaurant and breakfast buffet serves great food. The room wasn't as clean as expected (bugs), and some items were missing in the bathroom (soap). The beds are too hard for such a pricey hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay.

Very good value for money

A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific.

Great location and general access to lake Como. Clean and safe space. However, we booked a "deluxe lake view", and upon arrival we were given a room that was clearly neither "deluxe" nor "lake view". When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they said this is the only room they got and fits the reservation description. After spending 90mins on a call with Expedia, trying to resolve the issue, hotel insisted on their PoV, until the morning after, when the manager came over and acknowledged the mix up and tried to make up for the chaos. While I appreciate their efforts to address the issue, the way they treated their guests upon arrival and for few hrs was not acceptable.
