"Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend...

"Once you enter the building, take the elevator to 7th floor for check in. The staff are nice and go out of their way to help you out. The hallways were a bit dark. The rooms were comfortable and safe. The furniture was a bit better than average for the price paid. The location was close to bus and train for convince. Once you leave the building make a left to the end then a right and the best shawarma on Odessa is on the left side!"
