"The room wasn’t cleaned before check in - previous guest dirty laundry was everywhere and bathroom was not cleaned. Nothing was provided in the room (bathroom toiletries, water, etc.) and was paid add on. None of this was communicated before booking. The payment was also denied online, and was asked for in person upon arrival. The amenities were out of order, but we were informed before booking and we were ok with that - but light Breakfast was part of the booking, while the hotel refused to serve it upon arrival (they said it is not available). Poor experience. "

"I had a great stay. Parking was good. Breakfast for me is usually waffles and coffee, and both were in abundance. I’ll book here again soon."

"The rooms are well laid out with storage and plugs. The beds are super comfortable. Only issues, parking is around back with no back door access which would be handy for check in as there is no loading zone. Other issue was the dining/ food hall. Feels like a dorm. It was super busy and hard to get into the flood stations… no seating available when I got there so one family made room for me. That being said, I’d stay again as the rooms themselves were excellent."

"Could not sleep all night due to traffic noise and people partying. The air conditioning did not work! People were intoxicated in the hall’s soundproofing did not exist."
