Horrible night!

Don't stay at this hotel! We chose this place because we wanted a little more comfort, even though there's a cheaper option right next door. We were given a room without a working shower because the water wouldn't drain. We couldn't contact the front desk because no one was there, and the phone numbers provided didn't answer. We had to use all the towels to save the room from flooding. My husband diligently cleaned the shower drain, removing about half a pound of fluff. (Where is the management here? Why don't they check the rooms?!) We went to bed without a shower (because we had no dry and clean towels left) at 1:30 am., and at 6:30 a.m., we were woken by the crew working on the hotel expansion (6:30 a.m.!!!).

Hôtel très sympa, bon accueil. J’ai eu la chambre PMR (accessible en fauteuil roulants)au RDC. Chambre spacieuse mais une odeur d’égouts désagréable dans la salle de bains qui envahit également la chambre et dont je n’ai pas pu me débarrasser même en aérant. Je pense que le problème était connu car il y avait un flacon de parfum d’intérieur dans la chambre. J’espère que tous les vêtements ne sentaient pas le lendemain ! Sinon, accès à la brasserie facile pour dîner avec un très bon repas.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Team. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wer Zerstreuung sucht, findet ein Entertainment Center im Gebäude. Sehr gut als Zwischenteappe oder für Tagungen.

Fuyez ! Pas de repos possible !

L’enfer ! L’impression de dormir accolé à une discothèque ! Des basses incessantes jusqu’à minuit sans mesure prise de la part du personnel pour faire cesser le bruits après l’avoir signalé en appelant la réception. Pour parfaire cette expérience, un réveil à 6h23 par l’équipe de chantier pour les travaux a l’extérieur de l’hôtel, un tractopelle sous ma fenêtre et des découpes d’objets métalliques. J’y suis déjà allée plusieurs fois avec des nuisances sonores plus ou moins dérangeantes mais là c’était la dernière ! Un conseil si vous prenez un hôtel pour « dormir » : FUYEZ ! Je suis toutes les semaines dans les hôtels pour le travail et c’est ma pire expérience ! Merci tout de même à la demoiselle de la réception au matin, pour sa gentillesse et bienveillance.

Indécent…

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Lè lavabo de la salle de bains était bloqué. D’une part, je ne crois pas que ces deux problèmes sont survenus le jour de mon arrivée. Cela veut dire que quelqu’un identifié à un moment donné le problème et ne le traite pas. D’autre part, quand j’en parle à la réceptionniste, il n’y a même pas un mot d’empathie ou d’excuse. C’est indécent.

Nous séjournons souvent dans cet hôtel lors de nos passages à Besancon . Bel hôtel bien insonorisé et très bon petit déjeuner. Seule petite remarque le tarif pour notre petit bichon un peu trop élevé !

Die Zimmer sind top mit gutem Bett. Es ist alles sehr gut gereinigt. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr freundlich in guten Englisch begrüßt und alles erklärt. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und sogar abschließbar. Das kleines Manko war, dass es aus dem Abfluss in der Dusche gerochen hat. Allerdings nach dem durchspülen war das Geruch weg. Frühstück war für 13,50 Euro ausreichend mit sehr freundlichen Kellner, der versuchte mit uns Deutsch zu sprechen. Ich würde das Hotel 🏨 wieder buchen.
