Very reasonably priced compared to others. Clean and cozy. A little outdated but comfortable. Good communication with the hosts and easy check-in. I’d rather the parking pass be in the room already but picking it up was a minor chore. (10 for an extra parking pass) We rented a golf cart and enjoyed cruising around. Short cart ride to the beach. Terrible traffic but we were there for Memorial Day weekend. Pools were modest but clean and peaceful. A lot of over priced food nearby. Our cheapest meal was 76 (2 adults 2 kids) at Maple Street Biscuit and it was our favorite.

We got this condo last year because our dog had a hurt leg and we were avoiding steps. We enjoyed it so much we returned this year. Really nice quiet place.

The villas in Seascape are older properties. This place was exactly what we were looking for. On the fairway in a wooded quiet area. Except when the concert we were there to see was going! You can listen from porch! We walked to the Topeka event center. Very convenient. Great location!
