"It was close to the two main Universal Parks. You can’t walk to Epic Universe, but you can to the other two parks and city walk- weather permitting. You have to have an advanced reservation to use their shuttle to the parks so if you arrive late, ride share is a better option. The rooms were ok for our 3 night stay with most time spent at Universal. "

"The 2bedroom condo was huge. Beautiful space. However the experience was dampened by a long wait at check in and our room wasn’t ready. The pools and water park were very busy, and there was often no chairs available. Way too much for us. The rooms were very loud as they backed onto the pool area, so it was hard to fall asleep. Overall, it was an ok experience. We called and asked for a blanket for the pullout and it took so long we didn’t get it until the next morning. The garage parking close to the rooms was handy. "

"The DRURY in Orlando was a great stay for my husband and I. The hotel offers a great full hot buffet breakfast. There is also a 2 hr evening relaxing complimentary drink break. There's a huge welcoming pool with an excellent pool bar serving food and delicious drinks.The hotel offers shuttle rides to nearby Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The desk manager Shawn Patrick Kelly was so welcoming and pleasant to us and to EVERYONE WHO HE SAW! I overheard Shawn speaking to a non-English speaking guest through google translate on his phone...he made the guests feel very comfortable and he even offered to order them a rideshare from his phone when they needed to go out. This is truly the human service every hotel should provide. "
