"Stood in freezing cold outside during booking. Sketchy neighborhood. Then threw out stuff in the dumpster and locked us out of the room because they mixed up the reservation for 2 nights. Very rude staff!! Acted like we were to blame because of their mix up! Asked for a refund to go some place else which could take 7 days to refund!! Skip this place by all means "
