"Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. We have booked for our next trip already 😊"

"The whole experience was excellent, being disabled makes it difficult to find the right room but at The Leonardo Hotel in Plymouth everyone was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. "Really nice clean comfortable room, good large en-suite too, did have a problem with the shower but all was sorted. Friendly staff on check in and during my stay. Good WiFi and amenities with microwave, toaster, kettle etc. very comfortable stay. "
