Most everything about my stay at the Cristoforo Colombo was great. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, the staff very friendly. It’s conveniently located to the M1 subway. And the central train station is a 25-minute walk or a very short cab ride away. I would gladly stay here again.

Everything was very good, especially the staff but the air conditioning in our room did not operate properly on 2 of 3 nights. We had to call the maintenance personnel twice and once it was fixed and the second night it was already 0200 hours in the morning. The maintenance personnel fixed it but then the thermostat shutoff, we had the room card in the slot and the windows closed, very frustrating. I would appreciate a credit from the hotel for our inconvenience and frustration. Thank you Ramon Mendoza
