Acceptable hotel in Milan but nothing exceptional

Acceptable hotel in Milan but overpriced considering the level of services offered. Rooms are in general small, especially the single ones. It is ok for a short stay but for longer ones I think there are better options in Milan.

Acceptable hotel in Milan but overpriced

Acceptable hotel for a short stay in Milan. Rooms are small (especially the single ones) so sometimes you really feel the lack of space available. The breakfast selection is limited but run by a couple of really nice and friendly ladies. In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced considering the rooms and services offered. The neighbourhood is ok with different restaurant options and around 35 minutes walking from the tourist city centre.

L'hotel Susa è accogliente, pulitissimo, confortevole, accurato in ogni dettaglio. Materassi e letti dove si può davvero riposare molto bene, un breakfast abbondante e variato, personale che aiuta ed è disponibile per ogni evenienza... e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Great place but didn't appreciate the room change.

No Tissues, no kettle. Had to change rooms even though it was only a 2 night stay. We were not told upfront about the room change and was actually informed by the cleaners. WiFi was great! It was fast and we had reliable connection. Quiet neighbourhood, comfortable bed and good shower control. Inclusive mini bar with water and champagne. Limited range for complimentary breakfast. Staff are really nice. There is a bus that goes straight into town in front of the hotel and it takes about 25mins.

Gut gelegen und sehr gutes Service

Das Hotel ist eben klein, doch gut gelegen - direkt an der gerade in Bau befindlichen U-Bahnlinie "Susa". Fußläufig 30 min ins Stadtzentrum. Oder mit Bus relativ nah. Rezeption, Service sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sogar mit frischgepreßtem Orangensaft, sehr gutem Kaffee, sonst guter Durchschnitt. Die Zimmer sind klein, doch zweckmäßig. Wir hatten eines nach hinten, da hört man von der (größeren) Straße vorne nichts. Nicht romantisch, aber praktisch und für einige Tage auf jeden Fall gut.

Un séjour parfait !

Séjour de 3 nuits à l'Hôtel Susa, et tout a été simplement parfait : l'emplacement, à deux pas du métro Dateo (qui amène directement à l'expo universelle) / arrêt de bus n°54 en face de l'hôtel et qui rejoint le centre ville en 15 minutes. L'hôtel est très propre, très bien entretenu, de même pour les chambres. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse indescriptible (réceptionnistes / femmes de chambre). Sa taille humaine lui confère une impression de se sentir tout de suite bien, comme chez soi. Le petit déjeuner est varié est copieux. Très bon rapport qualité / prix! Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour à Milan soit parfait . Je donne 5/5 à cet hôtel, le recommande les yeux fermés, et le choisirai dans le cas d'un futur voyage à Milan.

Charming hotel

Hotel Susa is a nice hotel in a quiet area just outside of the city center. It's just a short walking distance to the suburban train line, which easily connected to the Milan metro system. The room was quiet and air conditioned. It was a little on the small side, but very efficient use of space and very comfortable overall. Breakfast was a great assortment of fruit, pastries, yogurts, fresh juice and cappuccinos.

Great place to stay.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were so clean and the bathroom was great. The extra treats in the room was above and beyond. It was nice to wake up to a good breakfast. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Preisgünstiges Hotel, als "Milano-Basis-Lager" top

Ein Zimmer für 5 Personen gebucht. Wurde vom Hotel bei Ankunft umdisponiert in ein 3er-Zimmer und ein Einzelzimmer - versprochen ohne Aufpreis. Beim Auschecken (andere Person am Infoschalter) sollte das Extra-Zimmer extra bezahlt werden. Nach längerer Diskussion aber gütlich geeinigt. Man spricht wenig englisch, kein deutsch. Die Frühstücks- (=Zimmerservice-)Damen sind sehr nett. Der Park gegenüber wird umgebaut; da wir aber den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, stört kein Lärm. Bushaltestellen sind nah, damit viele Ziele gut erreichbar. (Tipp: Bus-Tageskarten kaufen) Zwei unbewachte Hotelparkplätze. Da aber das Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt, kein Problem. Wir waren zufrieden und können uns vorstellen, beim nächsten Milano-Besuch wieder hier zu landen.

Nous avons comme habituellement réservé une chambre pour 4 via Hotel.com. Arrivés à l hotel, on nous dit qu il n y a pas de chambre de 4, mais que des chambre pour 3 personnes... et que donc une de notre enfant dormira avec nous dans le lit (je précise il a 10ans)... Nous leur expliquons que nous y sommes pour rien et leur demander une single pour notre fille de 15 ans... Et là, ils nous disent OK si vous rajouter 60€ PAR NUIT.... Ce que nous avons refusé. Donc ATTENTION quand vous réservez pour 4, ils vous disent, le lit est grand, vous pouvez dormir a 3 dedans !!!!

Kleines, schönes Hotel in ruhigem Viertel.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in Mailand, respektiv im Hotel Susa. Tolles Hotel, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben an 2 Tagen die Expo besucht und dann noch 2 1/2 Tage Mailand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in Mailand und wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. :-)

Piccolo gioiello inaspettato

Sono stata a Milano per una visita medica di mia figlia e sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questo hotel sobrio ed elegante, pulito e con uno staff cordialissimo. Per quanto riguarda le mie necessità vicinissimo al luogo in cui dovevo andare. Tornerò sicuramente.
