The room was small, but very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to walk to various restaurants for dinner, as well as the Duomo. The building felt secure and in a safe area. Our only complaint was that the room listing said 'city view,' but we were unable to open or even look out of our window.

I recommend about this hotel, bad service and the hotel to noisy all night early morning’s the noisy. I can’t sleep. The hotel fall a way from centre everywhere you go take the bus going. The person at hotel not friendly at all. I like the hotel in Rome, they are nice people although they are don’t speak English very well but they are nice.

The staff is very helpful however the room's furnishings and bedding were very poor quality and methane smell coming from the bathroom made for an unpleasant stay.

The stay was disappointing. The staff was unwelcoming, the rooms overpriced with no real "city view" for ground-floor rooms, and the overwhelming deodorant smell caused migraines. Breakfast and indoor parking were overpriced, and outdoor parking was inconvenient. Definitely not worth the cost.

Great find!!

This hotel was such a great find!! It is a small hotel but there is nothing I would complain about. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big enough and was stocked with necessities. The shower is a little small, but it works just fine! The staff was friendly and helpful and there was transportation all around us. It is a bit far from city center to be able to walk but the front desk would call us a taxi that came within 5 minutes. Milan had a design show going on the week that we were there and hotels near the city center were hard to find. I was perfectly happy here and would recommend it!

Well located, but our triple room was far too small. Average bathroom. The same building has a 2 stars hotel and 3 stars hotel, same ring bell. We booked for the 3 stars, but not sure we got it. Walls are so thin that during the night we could hear our neighbours coughing and even their mobile's vibrations!

The property reception area was airy and clean, and communication was forthcoming from the hotel, although it would have been helpful to include how to buzz through to reception as the call button wasn’t obvious. It was very close to the metro so easy to get around the city and to/from the airport. Rooms were basic and clean, only comments I have was the layout was a bit awkward for getting ready (no plug near the mirrors in the bedroom) and the shower tray leaked a bit when used. Other than that all that was missing was a way to make a tea or coffee, whether that was a kettle in the room, or something that could be used in the foyer but overall it was good for the price paid.
