Great Value and much nicer than the neighborhood

This hotel is great value. Tram and bus both get you within the center of Milan in about a half hour. The rooms were clean, if a bit dated, and all climate controlled. The patio is also really nice and gives an air of luxury to the place. The main minus we had was that they ran out of shower towels and could not provide another one.

The service at the hotel was amazing; the front desk staff were helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the restaurant, as it was closed on the night of our stay. However, from the photos I’ve seen online, the food looks really fancy and tasty. The room itself was clean and decorated nicely. Amenities in the room were standard; instant coffee, kettle, soap, towels, hairdryer, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and we were able to adjust the AC so the room was cool and fresh. The courtyard area at the hotel was SO LOVELY, I seriously can’t gush enough about how much I enjoyed it! Lots of outdoor furniture to hang out on, nice art features, vending/coffee machines, and the little koi pond (my favourite part 💕) All in all, everything related to the hotel & its property was satisfactory; the local area, though… not so much. I don’t know if it was just the day that we happened to stay, but the streets outside the hotel grounds were absolutely swimming in pee! Dog pee and otherwise, it soaked every wall and sidewalk within a 5km radius to the hotel. The hotel sits along a pretty busy road that is well connected to public transit, but it is still JUST far enough away from the city center that getting downtown is inconvenient without a car (or hours to spend taking public transit). There are a few nice spots to eat nearby, but other than that, there isn’t much in the way of shopping/entertainment in the area. Still enjoyed our stay! Thanks

Non è la prima volta che frequento il posto. Ogni volta che prendo una camera al Secondo Piano, trovo diversi insetti, zanzare o altri. La camera 452 in particolare poi ha il condizionare molto rumoroso, sopportabile di giorno, ma non di notte quando intorno è silenzio.

Not what I expected from a 4-star hotel

Amazing staff, incredible restaurant, but don't get fooled by the snazzy reception - the rooms seem to have been left in the 90s... Old furniture, not great beds, poor workmanship in various spots... Just honestly felt like a 2-star at best. And what's with the tablecloth-like face towels?! Horrible! Definitely won't be returning unless a huge renovation is done.

Per non avere la colazione inclusa, 70-80 euro una notte è eccessiva se consideriamo che gennaio è un periodo di bassissima stagione. Non è male la struttura in generale buona la colazione abbondante , ma Essendo un 4 stelle Mi aspetterei di più soprattutto sulla pulizia, io che sono allergico agli acari, sulle bocchette dei termosifoni ad aria ventilata ci sono le ragnatele e questo mi ha creato non pochi problemi alla respirazione durante la notte.
