"Beim Eintreffen ins Haus, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich das Haus in einem ungereinigten Zustand befand. Der Fußboden war stark verschmutzt, Im Besenschrank befand sich Abfall. Hinzu kam, dass die Matratzen, Topper sowie Oberbett und Kissen mit sämtlichen Körperflüssigkeiten übersät waren. Sie waren für uns derart ekelhaft und unbenutzbar. Das galt für alle 6 Betten. Ebenso stellten wir fest , dass die vorhandenen Sitzmöbel stark durchgesessen, verdreckt und somit längst entsorgt gehörten....

"Das Haus war toll. Die Bilder zeigen nicht alle Räume, die Überraschung war erfreulich. Die Vordertür ließ sich nicht ohne weiteres abschließen. Das war sehr fuckelig. Wir haben den Seiteneingang benutzt.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.Die Lage ist super.Der Ort ist auf der einen Seite auf Touristen ausgelegt, hat aber auch einen großen Hafen. Die Strände sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr schön.Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und würden das Haus wieder mieten."

"Alles war sehr schön und in Ordnung.Wir hatten aber Probleme bei der Ankunft, da wir das Haustürschloss nicht öffnen konnten. Das Türschloss war defekt und ließ sich nicht aufschließen. Das war sicherlich schon vorher bekannt, da im Haus eine W 5-Ölspraydose stand, die fast leer war. Positiv war aber, dass am Montag gleich ein Mechaniker kam und das Türschloss gewechselt hat. Meine Freundin und ich haben auch gleich unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Novasol gebucht. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre...

"Schönes sehr helles Haus - mit toller Terrasse und schöner Architektur. Die Einrichtung könnte teils erneuert werden . Rolläden teilweise kaputt , viele Lampen hatten keine Glühbirnen und die obere Dusche braucht einen neuen Duschkopf . Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer haben einen wilden Mix und viel Schnickschnack steht rum . In der Nebensaison super Preis Leistungsverhältnis . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig ."

"While we enjoyed our stay overall, the property management company did not communicate promptly, completely, or effectively to our questions and concerns. We asked that the electricity to the hot tub be turned off as we were not going to use it, and would be paying for electricity. We made several attempts to get a response, but only finally told that the owner would be notified. We did not get any verification this was done. An even bigger issue was that one bedroom on the lower level...

"We had an economy compact room. For such a tiny room, it was efficient and comfortable. The shower/sink took a bit of thinking, but we eventually figured it out. Having the shower curtain wrap all the way around was excellent for keeping most of the water contained. The squeegee made keeping the floor and surfaces dry a lot easier. We did have to be diligent about making sure the door to the room was completely shut, as it did not self close well. Don't quite understand why the entry doors are angled in as it took away some interior room space. The location was excellent; right in the center of it all. Easy walk to everything: sights, food and transport."

"Our room was dark, but very clean. I mentioned the darkness because I am visually impaired and it was hard to see in this room except for the bathroom which was well lit. This ‘corporate feeling hotel’ was quiet but we arrived on a Sunday. The breakfast was delicious; I had the best cinnamon bun of my life here. I am usually gluten-free so the hostess provided me with a gluten-free bun, which I appreciated. There were a lot of breakfast food options. We were here only briefly, one night. It didn’t seem like there was too much around but a train line."
