Excellent low key stay

Late check in wasn't a problem. Front desk person very professional and personable. Proof you don't need to spend a fortune to meet friendly providers or get a place to just lay your head for a few hours amidst a busy trip.

In general the hotel was ok and the staff was great. Just could not get over the German roaches in the 1st room they put us. But found a couple in the second that put us.

The ladies working at the front desk were fantastic. Amazing. Helpful and very friendly! The hotel smelled like a mix of pot and Lysol. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't even stay there. I checked out within and hour.

For what it is this place is ok. It was clean but obviously old and needs some help. Bed was comfortable and I got a good night sleep. My only issue was the 1 little critter I saw climbing the wall in the bathroom but that’s it. You do get what you pay for though.

Not quite what we expected

The bed was comfortable and linens/towels clean. However, the floors in the room needed better mopping and had several uneven spots. Our shower pressure was low and tub drained quite slowly. Despite being a long range hotel, there was no silverware, pots, pans, or even paper towels. We had to leave to get these to eat.

The staff was very kind, the area was nice and quiet. As soon as I got into my room there was an odor. The bathroom smelled and was kind of unpleasant. I understand other guest cooking and all and having a mini kitchen in the room’s but I mean having a house and still being able to smell good and well taken care of. As I was getting ready to lay down a cockroach ran across the bed under the sheets. The next day cockroaches were running around on the floor. Can do way better as I stayed in other properties and this has to been the worse one and for the area it’s in.

The staff was helpful, however the reviews were very much accurate to the property. Was only in town for about 12 hours, but if I was there any longer I probably would have looked else where. Everything felt very cheap and just not quality. Place to sleep, but it wasn’t pretty.

I actually booked for 2 night. But got called back to work, so was only in there or 15 minutes. I was a kitchen suite but had no dishes, pots or cutlery. I tried to get at least 1 night of the 2 nights refunded but they would not do it. I booked through Expedia and they said they tried and could not get the refunded. I was ok paying for the first night but not the second. I had even checked in early and was gone by 1pm so they could of also used the room for that night as I never even used it.
