This property is one of the best hotel properties in northern Mid-Michigan area. The accommodations and staff were so helpful along with an amazing room. No door banging/ hallways were pleasant/ housekeeping was courteous. I will always stay this property when visiting mid-Michigan.

Perfect office away from home office!

All the stars to this Residence Inn. The location was good and close to amenities like food and shopping. The staff, and I mean the whole staff, was terrific from the get-go. Front desk, housekeeping, tech, kitchen, and maintenance were all top-notch. We used the pool and hot tub most days; the gym area was clean and offered bottle refills. I had a heavy week of work planned with my partner and we needed a room to spread out and have stations for training our client. The room was perfect. Our bedroom was a separate room, leaving us some privacy while the living/work/kitchen area allowed for ample workspace. I travel for work several times a year, and this hotel will be my go-to for Midland and the Tri City area. Thanks!
