This was our first stay at the Pell and we loved it! The sitting areas are lovely, staff was very nice and accommodating, rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We were there during a very cold spell, and while our room was quite warm and cozy, the bathroom was very cold and didn't seem to have any heat. Bathrooms are large, though. Very modern and nice. Restaurants staff was also very friendly when we had drinks one evening. They also had a nice little jazz band playing on Friday night. Lastly, we loved the location as it was very convenient and close to Newport. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean, and nice hotel. The staff was friendly, and accommodating, and the food (breakfast) was really good, with great service! Well worth the add on for the includes breakfast. I would only warn that if you have lots of luggage, there is no elevator so try to get a ground floor room. I would definitely suggest a stay here.
