The hotel is older, but in good repair. We stayed in the suite annex and the mattresses were a little rough they should be replaced. The location of the property is amazing. Access to the beach and downtown Newport just minutes away. The restaurant attached to the hotel with the same name was very good.

Clean, updated hotel in a great location. It was about a 5 minute ride from downtown Newport and across the street from Easton's Beach. We walked everyday to the beach so no need to pay for parking. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

It is definitely old. Pretty clean, but needs some love. Our room had a window into the hallway and that wasnt great. Between that and the gap under the door, a lot of hallway noise and lights disturbed our sleep. You can also hear full conversations of the people in the bathroom above you. I did love the location. Public beach access right across the street and an easy drive to food and shopping.

Clean and very nice location. Nice parking and easy to go to places in Newport. The receptionist upgraded my room and was so helpful and kind. The room they upgraded me was specious, and it had a nice view of the pond. I recommend this place and I will be back.

We were disappointed with our room at check in. It was definitely not a remodeled room as shown on the website. However, Milton, who checked us in, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location is great! close to the beach and cliff walk. Good location to the beach and one of the entrance for Cliff walk. The room is clean and the staffs are nice. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. We also loved the dining room on the second floor. It is very helpful for big families.
