"Expedia says this has a pool, but there was no pool. It looked like homeless people sitting inside the lobby after 10 o’clock when the door should’ve been locked, but it wasn’t. There’s no ice chest anywhere in the hotel. We looked on every floor for to get ice. There’s no cups anywhere in the rooms or the hotel and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. We had to go to Walmart to get items we assumed we offered from the hotel. Also, we have a car with a handicap sticker, but there was a car sitting on 22 inch rims parked in the handicap spot but no handicap placard. This wasn’t a very good experience and if it wasn’t for the front desk clerk, I would give you a -0 because she was the only positive thing about this day. "

"Air conditioning blew like it was on low but was on high. Shower had black mold on ceiling. Hallways to rooms had not been vacuumed what looked to be in weeks. The breakfast was horrible(salty gravy). Overhead another couple complain of bed bugs on their bed. Linens, blankets, and comforters were stained and nasty. Only one mini bottle of shampoo and one mini bar of soap. Glad we only stayed for the night. Never again!!"

"No free breakfast. Why pay $10 when we can choose Waffle House, or Bob Evans? First room was dirty, and toilet seat was not screwed down tight enough! Went down and talked to guy behind counter, he said he would take care of it. Came back later to a still dirty room. Talked to the lady behind the desk. Very nice! She said she had no one in maintenance, but gave us a suite! I noticed that the crappy foam mattresses is what we had in the regular room, but the suite had "real," spring or just a better quality of foam. I HATE those foam mattresses!!! I sweat like crazy on them! Burn them all and go back to the old spring and foam ones! "

"Room was as should be. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the first day we were there. I booked this hotel because of the pool and spa. An email should have been sent to guests prior to the stay with notification so guests could choose to stay elsewhere. "
