Beautifully designed and an amazing hospitality found in this fantastic resort. From a welcoming drink at reception to a wide variety of restaurants and bars providing a great selection of local and world cuisine, the experience in Zemi was at a very high level. Beach, pools and other facilities (e.g. gym) are all super enjoyable. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and always helpful.

The staff was amazing all the way around, but a huge thank you to Anny, who took care of us for breakfast each day; Oscar who seemed to be everywhere; and Ruber, a wonderful bartender and person. God bless the entire staff and thank you for the service. We look forward to future visits to Zemí Miches Club Azure when the spa is open, the pools are all open and restaurants are all functioning.

Although the property was new (a few weeks open) and still had items to work through, it was pretty nice! The location was great and felt very private. The shore line is still being worked on, but it was still nice and had hammocks and chairs near it. The pool bar was great. Danny was our favorite bartender. The food was good as well. Our favorite meals were at Manicato and Yucca. The rooms were nice. The service was a little slow at times, but the people were friendly and apologetic. A few things were wrong- wrong room, fan was noisy, dark curtains wouldn’t close, but, overall, it was nice! I can see it being a popular place in the future once everything is up and running (slides, teen club, pickleball courts, Azure restaurant and pool).

This property is not fully open as they promised. They do not advise anything on their website ( which we felt robbed ), the SPa is not open yet. Still, they offer the service at full price ( insane ), Azure club and areas not open, the beach is like muddy and sand all mixed, not pretty at all, and the piece of beach that is a little bit prettier the workers don’t let you pass due to construction, the beach is not under construction ( another craziness). The floor of the surrounding pool is very slippery. A kid could fall easily and hit his head. Too dangerous. The food at the buffet is inferior, not of good quality, and not even actual Dominican food. The other restaurants are average. The only thing I can say is good about the hotel is that the staff, the pizza and the bed are excellent. Thanks to all the staff who made the difference, besides all the other inconveniences. I will not recommend this Hotel for at least two years from now, when they have complete services, and for a person who does not care about how the beach looks. It's nothing like the beaches in the Dominican Republic.

Resort it will be excellent in couple yers! Now still under construction wich they didn't disclosed! I was looking to travel to Aruba but the hotel where i was going to book had the decency to disclose that they are expending and there will be construction noise! Therefore i locked in the Dominican Republic . Big hype about Zemi Miches online, general meneger Manuela Fharinger born in Austria, Salzburg area, great background, was no brainer for me, must be a great resort. If you ever went to Salzburg skiing resorts you now what i am talking about, clean, organized, luxurious, all staff well trained, professional, polite, so GM having this background I thought it will be the same. Not at all, unfinished resort wich was not disclosed, untrained staff, all inclusive? No! Semi all inclusive maybe! I was looking at their bungalows on the beach, but it says on their website it is sold out, first date available was march of 2026. The truth is they didn't finish the building's, the hotel building's were not all done, they had a lot of security personnel, same armed with a firearms maybe watching the construction employees! Noise every day pieces of concrete in the send, you could not walk bear feet! They said there is a cigar bar, ops, not open yet, sports bar,ops, not open yet, bar with infinity pool on the 2nd floor, ops not open yet, rent cabanas on the beach ,ops materials on the beach and they just started working on the 1st one! 50% of what is advertised online was not re

While the staff was friendly, the restaurant hours were inconvenient. For example, we had a 6:00 p.m. reservation but were told to wait because the staff was still in a briefing. The resort's location is also a major drawback. It's almost two hours from the airport and far from downtown, costing us $150 each way. Additionally, there were no other places to go within walking distance of the resort.

I knew I was in for something special when we arrived at Zemi Miches. This resort offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, luxury, and authentic Caribbean warmth. The grounds are immaculate, with every corner thoughtfully designed to evoke peace and relaxation. Whether you're lounging by the pool, strolling along the beach, or enjoying the sunset from your balcony, the views are breathtaking. The staff at Zemi Miches are the true stars of the experience. Every single person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Lots of love to Marcelo, Fredelin, Yeuri, Luis Angel, Diosmery and many more of the staff! They went above and beyond to accommodate every single dream we had in mind. The resort is breathtaking—spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you'd expect from a high-end resort. We came to celebrate the birthday of my mother-in-law…let me just say that she cried tears of joy every single day. They did things for her that no other place we have visited had even thought about doing. The dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes that highlight both international cuisine and local Dominican flavors. Every meal felt like a special occasion, especially with the gorgeous ocean views over at Yuca. Zemi Miches is an absolute gem. I left dreaming about my next visit with more family coming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, authentic, and unforgettable escape.

Mi esposa y yo visitamos el hotel en su primera semana de apertura, pero nuestra experiencia estuvo lejos de lo esperado. Desde antes de llegar solicitamos alguna amenidad y decoración especial por nuestra luna de miel, lo cual nunca fue respondido; al final, en vez de la decoración prometida, lo único que recibimos fue una simple picadera. Aunque el hotel tiene instalaciones bien modernas, aún estaba en construcción y no pudimos disfrutar del spa, y durante nuestra estadía ocurrieron situaciones alarmantes. El marco de la puerta de la habitación nos cayó encima y tardaron un tiempo considerable en repararlo; en el restaurante italiano fue difícil conseguir reservación, y cuando por fin logramos cenar, mi esposo se intoxicó con la comida. Lo más lamentable fue que, estando en la habitación enfermo y sin poder recibir ayuda porque nunca respondieron nuestras llamadas, no le dieron asistencia porque tenía que pagar por el servicio médico pese a que la intoxicación fue causada por la comida del mismo restaurante. Sumado a esto, el servicio era muy lento, en el buffet no se identificaban los platos, lo que generaba confusión, y hasta la plancha que estaba en la habitación no funcionaba. El hotel tiene potencial, pero la falta de atención, la mala comunicación y el descuido en la seguridad y el servicio hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy decepcionante. Teníamos expectativas MUY grandes sobre este hotel, pero salimos súper decepcionados y tristes por todo lo que pasó.
