Stayed for an extended weekend, the location is right in the middle of the Art Deco district, so it can be expected that it is an older building, the decor is a bit outdated but the room (suite) was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, room can be serviced daily if requested, the staff was very polite, no issues with checking in.

Charming Art Deco hotel perfectly located, just one block from Ocean Drive and Lummus Park, with easy access to the beach and the great restaurants and nightlife. The furnishings are dated but it is clean and the room includes a flat-screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker.

Stunningly beautiful property and furnishings with a generously sized room and kitchen. The streets outside are pretty noisy and the sound travels into the room, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Consiglio questa struttura se non si hanno molte pretese sull'alloggio e si rientra solo per lavarsi e dormire, poichè è ben posizionata e il costo è inferiore rispetto alle altre della zona. Forniscono i teli da mare, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

I stayed for 5 days and I really liked the property and area around the hotel. It is close to the beach and walkable to most places. The room was big and clean. I liked that it had a microwave, fridge and safe.

Noce little property, however it is definitely not worth over $200 a night, this is more of an $80 place. Inside was loud, minimal handicap accessibility. Very close to ocean,dinning, and entertainment!

Not clean at all. There was hair on multiple towels. No soap in the bathroom. Dirt in drawers. The fridge froze everything no matter if I changed the temp. Location was the only good thing, and still super loud. I could also hear the person snoring in the room across the hall.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action this place is perfect for you. Two blocks from beach, one block from the main stretch of bars, etc that line the beach. The room was clean and inside the hotel it was very quiet. Outside the hotel expect to hear horns, loud music and drunk people until the 3-5AM. We had ear plugs which I would highly recommend if your goal is to sleep rather than party until the sun comes up. Overall loved this placed!

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. The area is generally busy with tourists, but very walkable with tons of restaurants and shops. Hotel is a little outdated, but is safe and has what you need. No cable TV (antenna channels) so don’t expect to watch your favorite shows. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi could be better.
