We needed this room for a layover in Miami, the staff were so. Ice and helpful. The night auditor had checked us in and made sure we had what we needed since we weren’t able to get our luggage til our next destination. The room was clean and in great condition. The bed was super comfortable.

Room was very nice. Comfortable bed and very clean & quiet. Breakfast was very good & free airport shuttle was nice. Could have been a little more generous with the toiletries and we had no face cloths. Were told we could only have 1 bottle of water each for entire stay..really?? Staff at front desk were very nice and very accommodating.

clean room, staff friendly, breakfast good - 3 star based on below Airport transfers need to run later than 7:30 pm. We were forced to rent a vehicle which wasn't ideal. Definitely need more luggage carts. I observed MANY seniors struggling!

The staff are awesome. My husband and I are one of many affected by the winter storm. The front desk allowed us to check-in 5:00 a.m. instead of waiting untilt 3:00p.m. considering we have had no sleep. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable.We will definitely come back here. Best service we have experienced in a long time. Well done Miccosukee staff.

The room was a great size and clean , no hot tubs in room ,The breakfast was great only thing for the price for the room they should give at least a extra meal like lunch or dinner. Their Deposit are to high.
