The room plus facilities were more than adequate. Heat would be beneficial withstanding out the out of the normal weather conditions. More coffee, or complimentary water would be nice.

Room was very clean. Communication was very prompt with property. The 2 stars are because the construction was very disruptive- waking us up on the weekends early. And the rooms were very bright - could definitely use blackout curtains. I went home from my vacation exhausted.

Overall, we had a good stay. There weren’t many workers on site after hours, but the host was very quick and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we appreciated. The room was very clean, although it did have a bit of a strange odor. It was bearable, so we didn’t bring it up, but I’m confident it would have been taken care of if we had. There weren’t really any amenities, but the location was great and made it convenient to get around. For the price and location, it was a solid stay.

Room was just okay. The Queen bed was 2 twin beds put side by side that kept sliding and creating a gap with minimal movement - not comfortable, the frames should at least be bolted together. Did not see staff during our visit. There were a few other guests walking the halls, closing and opening their door(s) loudly between 1-3am one night and we couldn't sleep. They were also listening to music loudly and smoking (we could tell by the smell) and had to close our window as they eventually went outside below our room as well. As this was happening, we felt hopeless as no staff is on-site to support. Also, if you're looking to rest at this location - note that there is on-going construction 7/7 around the clock and you'll be woken up to construction noises if your window is open. The positives included: private bathroom, small kitchen space, room had daylight, close to some coffee shops & small restaurants, bus line(s). Our visit could have been better - we believe that the rate should be less than posted.

I had a wonderful stay. My room was clean and charming. All of the staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. The beach is 3 blocks away. A grocery store is 2 blocks away. And there are several restaurants within 3-6 blocks The neighborhood is very safe.

The cleaning lady is doing a fabulous job. Our room was impeccable. However, the safety of hotel must be improved because several times the front doors were open especially when there is concierge or security guard. The surrounding of the property needs some renovation.

Taking into the consideration the price, I could not ask for better! The AC was excellent, it was secure, and everything in the kitchenette worked great! The best part was the location, literally three blocks from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes of Collin’s Avenue, including the free trolley that makes an easy trip of the entire Miami Beach area. This property had everything I needed, and each morning it was easy to let the facility staff know if I needed fresh towels or to have trash taken out. The staff is responsive via Expedia during their business hours. I will happily return!

Ok for the price

For the price I paid it was great. Stayed 4 nights. The only downside was the mini split ac in the room was in poor condition. Upon arriving, it was already leaking water which was pooling on a shelf already causing water damage. Also, if the ac was turned cooler, the unit would freeze, and cause loud noise, and needed to be turned off for the ice to melt. Otherwise, it’s fine. It was quiet, good location. Again, there were a number of things in the room that were somewhat rundown, but for the price, it’s not an issue.
