If I could give a ZERO I would! We show up and even though we had a reservation, they said that because we were t given a “code” to get in the room, they gave it to someone else. So I’m supposed to get my money back of $445 for just ONE night and it’s been a week and I still haven’t seen the credit to my account.
THEY HAVE NO ONE AT FRONT DESK TO HELP.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
