This room should not have been rented. The drain in the bathtub was broken and flooded the floor of the bathroom every time you took a shower. The floor felt like it was going to cave in from water rot. The self check in codes never worked. People were smoking in the first floor bar. Not ideal if you have kids. Overall, I feel like the state of the hotel is in need of repair. Was disappointing considering the price.

Clean small room with a nice refrigerator and microwave and roomy shower and bathroom. The room was clean. The hotel is a little worn in but it has large pool deck and is so close to Miami Beach and lots of restaurants. The entrance is the restaurant. Take the elevator to the right. Must go to ocean deli best breakfast sandwiches you will have. Also

One great thing I can say is the location of the hotel is central to all the great spots on south beach, shopping, bars, restaurants etc. Our room was very basic, queen bed with private bathroom and a mini fridge. I wouldn't say it was extremely clean, the floors seemed sticky, I kept my shoes on at all times. Not once did the maid service come in to tidy up the room or add fresh towels or change the sheets during our 5 day stay. The hallways are strewn with garbage bags and dirty towels that seemed to remain there for the duration of our stay. If you're near the ice machine it may keep you up at night, the walls seem thin. I also heard a lot of stomping above us but with my earplugs I manage to sleep anywhere. The front desk is only available until 4 pm, they did check in with me via text during my stay. The restaurant out front seems popular and attracts a lot of youthful groups, it gets loud in the evening. I had a chance to try the breakfast there twice and it was OK. If you're focussed on low cost and central to fun activity, this hotel is a good option, otherwise something like the Shelbourne across the street is a more classy and clean option.

The hotel was horrible they gave us only two towers and it was five of us and when I asked for room service towels didn't get anything I would not recommend that place to nobody

Chambre confortable. Emplacement de l'hôtel idéal. Proche de tout. Nous sommes restés 5 jours et malheureusement la chambre n'a jamais été faite. Il manquait également les serviettes. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir libérer la chambre à 12h au lieu de 11h.

Tiene una excelente ubicacion , pero si se hospedada por mas 2 dias como nosotros con un bebe de 18 meses es complicada porque no hay limpieza a la habitacion entonces eso lo hace un hotel para solo ir a dormir no por tantas noches
