"This is a wonderful place to stay! We stayed as a group of 6 and slept comfortably. The places looks better in person and if we had any problems or questions they were taken care immediately. If you’re looking for a place to book definitely book this place you won’t be regret it. "

The unit is sparsely appointed, sofa uncomfortable, not enough amenities to cook a basic breakfast (no toaster, decent size pan, kitchen towel, napkins, salt/pepper, etc.) You must bring everything yourself. Damage to floors and the bathtub is damaged. If you just need a place to lay your head it’s a great price. If you want to enjoy time in the unit, this may not be the place. "

"The fire alarm went off at 8pm and last until next day at 9am. The host was responsive,but not helpful. The cleaness was terrible. To enter the building from the front you need a pass code, but the back was wide open. It was impossible to rest fue to the street noises. If you want just to be in the middle of the south beach vibe that's your place. If you want quietness, security, cheaper places to eat and shop it is not."
