It's located at the heart of two very trendy neighborhoods, Juárez and Roma. Rooms are very small but are priced accordingly, they're very clean as well as bathrooms. Rates can be lower if you book through Expedia App. It's a huge property with a nice restaurant at the central patio. This property was a kind of Marist Brothers monastery, which explains the rooms size. It has an occult Chapel, be sure to check that out. Nothing fancy but very practical and convenient.

Terrible

When we arrived at the hotel they informed us our room was not available as there had been an issue with their IT system, staff were extremely rude and even when Hotels.com called them to discuss the issue they put the phone down on them. I never normally write reviews but have on this occasion as by far the worst hotel I ever visited.

Me gustó el lugar y la ubicación, en recepción también te reciben muy amables, solo creo que llega a ser muy ruidoso en ocasiones, uno porque desde temprano hay gente practicando deporte en el terreno de a lado y la noche que me hospede una persona estuvo gritando/cantando toda la madrugada.

Nos habíamos alojado con anterioridad, pero en esta ocasión especularon con la ocupación de las habitaciones. Hicimos la reserva con más de una semana de anticipación y al llegar nos informaron que ya no tenían habitaciones y nos ofrecieron "habilitarnls dos catres" en una habitación ya ocupada por el mismo precio.

Caos total, en ningún día desde mi llegada pasaron a limpiar la habitación, se tenía la senciacion de que estaba lleno de polvo, el guardarropa de la habitación nunca lo pudieron abrir, se fue la luz, se fue el agua. Mi puerta no funcionaba, la cual se quedaba siempre abierta. La realidad desearía un reembolso. El personal súper amable, sé que no pueden solucionar ellos todo, pero mal sabor de boca

Es un concepto de hostal como su nombre lo dice. El número de teléfono no funciona para confirmar la reservación ya que leí comentarios sobre que en algunos casos no se respeta. Junta a canchas de fútbol , por lo que el descanso no está garantizado.

Horrible lugar y horrible página, jamás cotizen a través de esta plataforma. Me hicieron el cobro de 800 pesos, llegue al lugar y resulta que todo estaba lleno, dejándonos sin lugar para llegar a descansar, al día siguiente te salí nuestro vuelo y todo estaba lleno, tuvimos que irnos a la central e irnos porque no encontramos en donde pasar la noche, nunca nos quisieron hacer el reembolso por los 800 pesos. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

La habitacion que me asiganron no estaba bien pintada, para tener agua caliente tuve bajar a solicitarla a recepcion ya que no hay formas de solicitar algo si no es em recepcion, el agua de la reagadera salia muy poca, al regresar depues de ir a una cena y querer ingresar al inmueble estuve mas de hora y media tocando para poder ingŕesar a dormir a mi habitacion ya que esto fue en la madrugada, la experiencia fue pecima
