Staff is friendly even if they could not speak English. The building is old. Plumbing fixtures are old. Had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water in the bathroom. Television does not work. No signal. Internet connection is poor. No AC/heating. No elevator. I arrived at 2 am, tired, and had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The so-called breakfast was a disappointment. I had to go out to get a decent breakfast.

El Personal es super amable, te hacen sentir en casa. La ubicación es estratégica ya que está muy cerca del metro. Es un excelente hotel para pasar periodos cortos, como turista está bastante céntrico.
