My room was very clean for my 5 days there. Ms. Rocío is an important asset to the hotel. She has such a charming disposition and knows how to talk to people. She made my bad days disappear and her smile just warms your heart. I can't thank her enough for her help. Thank you Ms Rocío.

Good for a 1 night stay.

Good for a 1 night stay. I was afraid of some of the bad reviews, but nothing like that existed for me.. It was clean and comfortable. My room had a bit of the bleach smell. There was a place to eat that was open late right in the hotel.

Very bad property. Bad personal. Dirty and personal - Housekeeping touch my belongs and stole items and I request to talk to the manager and front desk never contact me with the manager. All of them are the sesame thing DON'T RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL. I abandoned the hotel today January 23th, 2025 and move to another hotel. They touch and stole my belongs when I was in hospital for surgeries. Very disappointed 😞☹️
