it’s nice neighbour hood streets covered with trees walkable even in hot summers . Residential and business ALL in ones place corner location is nice to sit outside and see hussle bussle . it’s not place for meditation . and quiet
The hostal was well maintained, our room was quiet and comfy. The staff were also very nice. The neighborhood it was located in was very safe even at night, and walkable. Would definitely stay another time!
Great spot and great location, room was clean and bed was comfy. I like that they have a few private rooms. Cons: no lockers, few bathrooms, and not much in the way of hostel events to help travellers meet each other. But I would stay here again anyways, we love CDMX and this spot was an easy and safe place to use as home base!
it’s nice neighbourhood streets are very walkable if your knees are not worn out . streets are full of trees even in hot summer streets are shady to walk around in hot summer hostels location is on right on intersection .All around are street vendors restaurants . it’s noisy hussel bustle to get lost in for a while . But then again. I wasent for meditation over all its nice place . since there’s no reception getting in contact with hostal management can be problem since there’s non immediate response it’s only thru what’s app messages .
I was in the dorm room, it was clean and comfy but no privacy curtains around the bunks, hanging a towel works just fine. They do not provide drinking water, and if the owner hosts a rooftop concert like they did on the Friday of my stay, they may run out of water for the toilets and showers (I think this happened because it was the same day they had the new tiles on the patio floor pressure washed).
The hostel is well maintained, there is always staff around, cameras and a security door make it feel safe and you absolutely can’t beat the location! I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again!!
The place was rustic, very comfortable, in a quite zone, esay to find and to acces since there is not an actual hotel, the owner introduce herself to us and was very polite and courteous, the only thing that i did not like, was on the very last night there was people in the hostel, i dont know if they were guest or not but after midnight they were kind of loud and we had to be up by 3 am to catch a plane, other than that we will definatelly considering staying again in our next trip
We had a very noisey stay. The room was separated by not even a proper wall just one panel and we could see the light coming through from the other room. Not the guests next door fault but we could hear everything and were Woking up all night to them drinking and spewing. On the otherside to the room was the kitchen where others would gather. Room was old barely clean enough. Bathrooms very run down. We never saw the hostel hosts
