The property location is very convenient, rooms are too small. The small fan in the rooms does not really help to cool the room. All the noise from the cars and bikes from the street can be heard inside the rooms. All staff was very helpful and polite

It is basic!

It is a very basic hotel. I would say it’s more like a hostal with private rooms. The Wi-Fi worked and it did have hot water. However, the mattresses need a serious upgrade. I probably would not recommend this hotel during the summer as it would be extremely hot but the hotel was clean and this was a bonus!

Horrible stay. Holes in the bathroom and filled with ant piles. Bed did’t even have a headboard. Mattress was stacked against wall. Very filthy and unsanitary room. We asked to be moved and was told can’t do it; however, we saw other rooms were in better condition. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was basic and clean, everyone friendly. Be careful when booking that you know which location you’re at. When I ordered an Uber from the airport, a different location was the only one that showed up in the Uber app and because the route path looked similar. I didn’t catch it and ended up wasting a lot of time and money. The hotel also lacks signage and does not look quite like the picture on the exterior so make sure you’re going by the street address. A decent shower was very much appreciated! Decent place for an overnight in CDMX, but I would stay elsewhere for a longer stay

Muy buen servicio y habitaciones, solamente le pongo 4 estrellas porque creo que podrían tener abanicos más grandes en las habitaciones, nuestro cuarto daba a una avenida y le daba todo el calor. Otra cosa, en las noches si hay un poco de ruido por estar en avenida.

Aunque el concepto de 'coliving' parece moderno y la ubicación sobre Viaducto Miguel Alemán promete conectividad, la realidad del descanso es otra. Lo más crítico es la falta de aislamiento: el ruido del tráfico es incesante durante las 24 horas y las cortinas son tan ligeras que la luz de las luminarias públicas y sirenas de patrulla entra a la habitación toda la noche. Además, la ventilación es insuficiente; el calor en el cuarto se vuelve sofocante y, al intentar abrir las ventanas, la sensación de exposición directa a la calle es total, sacrificando por completo la privacidad. Es un espacio poco funcional si buscas silencio, oscuridad o una temperatura agradable para dormir. No lo recomendaría para estancias donde el descanso sea prioridad.

Primero la habitación, demasiado ruido en una habitación "deluxe" qué le llaman, solo porque tiene balcón, pero el balcón da a la avenida y toda la noche pasan trailers, autos, motos, haciendo un ruido horrible y es toda la noche, no se puede dormir por tentó ruido. Have bastante calor en la habitación aun con las cortinas cerradas. En los tres días que estuvimos, nadie fue a realizar el aseo a la habitación y tampoco hubo cambio de sábanas, ni de toallas, al ingresar al hotel te dan una llave de la habitación y de la entrada, lo cual me parece peligroso. No tiene televisor en la habitación. Escogí ese hotel porque en el mapa marcaba a cuadra y media del metro, y resulta que tienen mal la ubicación y esta como a 10 cuadras, y obvio no aceptan cancelación, ni reembolso. No volvería al hotel por nada. Es caso para lo que cobran. Y en la reserva marca que por ser socio premium Deben darte una botella de vino de cortesía, la cual nunca me dieron y cuando pregunté, me dijeron que es a promo no aplicaba con ellos. Todo mal
